Bachelor's degree in Education, Physical Education, Health Education, Student Affairs, or related field plus four (4) years of experience with student organizations, planning and/or event coordination, project/program management, or similar field required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
General knowledge of recreational sports rules and regulations for flag football, basketball, softball, and soccer
Some recreational sports coordination/officiating experience required
Persons interested in this position must be available to work evenings and weekends for student events and intramural sports activities throughout the year.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education or student affairs, plus two (2) years of applicable experience
Knowledge of University policies that impact student-related issues, including the student government association, student organization repository, Title IX, FERPA, and ACA-related issues.

Additional Information:
Responsibilities:
Oversees all aspects (developing, scheduling, facilitating) of the Associated Student Government, Intramural Sports Program, and campus social activities, including off-campus events and special events at the Student Center.
Responsible for the daily operations of the Student Center, including opening/closing.
Maintains the facility, including supply and furniture inventory records.
Provides customer service and responds to inquiries related to the Student Center and other student life matters.
Develops and maintains budgets for the Student Center, Associated Student Government, Intramural Sports program, and the Student Wellness program.
Responsible for hiring, training, and supervising 7 part-time student employees.
Participates and makes presentations at college orientations and serves on student-related campus committees.
Acts as lead APPTEGY coordinator and Thrillshare super-user and approver.
Performs other duties as assigned.
