What You’ll Be Doing
Managing registration events and ensuring accurate setup across TargetX and FormAssembly
Testing and confirming proper functionality of registration forms and email communications
Monitoring student payments, following up on issues, and updating payment records
Coordinating with Finance and IT to verify payment processing and system integrations
Updating Salesforce and Workday to reflect student status and payment accuracy
Verifying student enrollments and ensuring accurate course assignments in Workday
Supporting student access to online courses in Canvas in coordination with academic teams
Maintaining course rosters and enrollment reports for internal stakeholders
Providing front-line support via email and phone for Prepaid Program students
Troubleshooting issues and offering clear guidance on registration and payment processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable learning and using multiple software systems (training provided).
Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a positive student experience.
Evidence of Christian commitment and active church involvement. In addition, staff agree to live in agreement with PLNU’s Community Life Covenant.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in higher education or student enrollment operations.
Familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, TargetX, FormAssembly, Cashnet, Workday, Canvas, or CODA (training provided).
Interest in process improvement, data accuracy, and supporting diverse learners.
Physical Requirements
Sitting for periods greater than one hour.
Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
Vision to read documents, e-mail and other correspondence, and reports on paper and computer monitor.
Ability to communicate effectively with others in person and by phone.
Will also stand, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 10 lbs throughout the day.
