What this role is all about

Are you a forward-thinking individual with a keen interest in business strategy? Are you eager to apply your analytical skills and learn how strategies are developed and implemented in a dynamic business environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Infobip is seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Business Strategy Intern.

As a Strategy Development Intern, you will work closely with our strategy team to contribute to the development and execution of key strategic initiatives.

What you'll do

Conducting research and analysis on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
Assisting in the formulation and evaluation of business strategies and recommendations
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for strategic projects
Supporting the creation of strategic presentations and reports for senior management
Monitoring and tracking key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies
Participating in brainstorming sessions and strategic discussions

What makes you a strong fit

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Administration, Economics or IT field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent research and data analysis capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
You are available to start with internship on February 9th, 2026
You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months)
You are available for work 30+h/weekly

Start of internship program (February 9th)
Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (February 9th - 13th)
