Summary:

Manages the development, implementation and evaluation of integrated brand, marketing and sales initiatives to achieve growth and revenue goals for Memorial Cardiovascular Institute and related service lines. Leads cross-functional teams in planning, organizing and successfully executing marketing strategies, tactics, programs, initiatives and campaigns. Provides marketing counsel to business unit and service line administrators. Works collaboratively to build brand equity, implement priority marketing initiatives and leverage scale to create marketing efficiencies.

Responsibilities:

Provides project management oversight for development, production, placement and distribution of marketing communications tactics and content. Manages purchasing contracts and project budgets. Develops, manages and provides oversight for outsourced business partners and vendors, including agencies, freelancers, designers, etc.Works collaboratively with strategic marketing, corporate communications, web center and outreach teams to leverage expertise and shared resources, avoid duplication of efforts and achieve cost efficiencies.Monitors and reports on key performance metrics for marketing and brand communications activities. Recommends adjustments to strategies to achieve goals.Develops strategic brand planning, research and analysis to develop and evolve a comprehensive brand positioning strategy for MHS. Recommends, implements and manages brand identity, brand architecture and naming systems across the Memorial Healthcare System (MHS) services portfolio. Manages development, production, distribution, monitoring and management of brand promotions strategies, tactics, programs and content. Ensures consistency in brand voice, messaging, style and experience across traditional and digital media.Manages the creation, development and implementation of integrated marketing communications programs to drive customer acquisition, retention and engagement for core clinical service lines, including promotional campaigns, marketing events, sales support and digital marketing. Works collaboratively with the corporate communications and web teams to integrate traditional methods with web, social and mobile marketing techniques. Participates in strategic marketing planning, business development and key operational meetings core clinical programs. Works with strategic marketing leaders to develop and recommend marketing budgets and investments to support strategies.

Highly organized, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Required Work Experience: Three (3) years of progressive experience in marketing management with a demonstrated track record of success in (strategic) marketing planning, program development and implementation. Knowledge of the health industry preferred.
