As part of the New Balance retail team, the full-time stock associate assists with duties such as processing shipment, driving results and delivering a world class experience for our guests. You will lead by example through New Balance’s Core Competencies.

Managing merchandise from receiving to the sales floor, including receiving and unpacking shipments, organizing inventory, and restocking shelves. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, and keeping the stockroom and sales floor clean and organized. They may also assist customers, conduct inventory counts, and operate equipment like barcode scanners.
