Summary: 
GEICO’s Network Engineering team is seeking an experienced Staff TPM who are passionate in driving business critical strategic programs across several workstreams and stakeholders.
Description: 
Our TPM is a technical leader, who will help lead large-scale network infrastructure programs, requiring expertise in network architecture, security, and program management to ensure timely and high-quality delivery across teams. The role includes strategic planning, roadmap execution, and cross-functional coordination for projects involving cloud and on-prem infrastructure, while also overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk management. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, monitoring progress, defining scope, and communicating with stakeholders about project status and potential roadblocks. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution plans for complex network infrastructure programs across multiple engineering teams.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage resource allocation for network-related projects.
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality network solutions.
  • Coordinate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability for project goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, manage project blockers, and provide regular updates and communication to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and develop improved procedures for project management and technical duties related to network services. 
Qualifications: 
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management, with a focus on private / public cloud computing or hyperscale datacenter infrastructure providers.
  •  Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects from initiation to completion.
  •  Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools (ADO), and best practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain or equivalent education or work experience.

Annual Salary

$140,000.00 - $300,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
