Sr. Transformation Readiness Associate
What this role is: As a Sr. Transformation Readiness Associate at Genesys, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives. This is an early career opportunity that will be essential in managing the people side of change, ensuring smooth transitions, and fostering a culture that embraces continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to work across various departments, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement change strategies that align with our organizational goals.
What this role isn't: This role is not a purely administrative position or one focused solely on project management tasks. It is not a role where you will be working in isolation; instead, you will be actively engaging with teams and leaders across the organization and supporting the Transformation Readiness team.
What you'll bring to the table:
Experience in supporting large-scale change initiatives, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
A modern approach coupled with knowledge of the basics of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
A collaborative mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
Analytical skills to assess the impact of changes and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
A proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
Some details about what you'll do:
Develop and implement change management plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance.
Work closely with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts, making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
Provide guidance and support to leaders and managers as they help their teams through transitions.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in change management, with a focus on enterprise-wide transformations from consulting firms.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Ability to support highly complex and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong skills in building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders.
Location: Fully Remote within US (not limited to the states it is tagged to)

Compensation:
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
