Position Overview
As a Sr Learning Lead, this role involves strategic alignment of an organization’s learning ecosystem and is responsible for designing impactful training interventions, guiding and overseeing team on learning strategies, and managing the full lifecycle of learning programs. It also involves strong collaboration across departments to align learning initiatives with business goals, foster a culture of continuous development, and ensure measurable outcomes that drive performance and growth.Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Curriculum Design
Lead the design and development of comprehensive learning programs across all employee levels.
Create blended learning solutions including instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, microlearning, and self-paced formats.
Align learning frameworks with organizational goals, competency models, and future capability needs.
Needs Analysis
Assessing the learning and development needs of employees or teams by collaborating with stakeholders (e.g., managers, subject matter experts, HR).
Conducting training needs assessments, gap analyses, and performance evaluations.
Content Development & Innovation
Create and oversee the creation, curation, and adaptation of engaging learning content (videos, guides, quizzes, etc.).
Apply instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE to ensure structured and effective learning experiences.
Encourage innovation in content delivery using simulations, Roleplays and scenario-based learning.
Technology Integration & Enablement
Leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) to deploy, track, and analyze training programs.
Staying updated with new learning technologies, tools, and platforms to improve the effectiveness of training programs and learner Engagement.
Champion digital learning adoption across the organization.
Collaboration
Collaborate with HR, talent management, and business leaders to ensure learning initiatives support workforce planning and career development.
Build internal capability through train-the-trainer programs.
Program Management & Evaluation
Manage end-to-end training interventions—from ideation and design to delivery, measurement, and iteration.
Establish KPIs and feedback mechanisms to evaluate learning impact and drive continuous improvement.
Consolidate and analyze learning data to generate insights and dashboards for leadership reporting.
Skills required:
Stakeholder collaboration & cross functional communication, program design, TNA/TNI, Curriculum design and development, Power point, Excel and skills like power BI will be an added advantage.
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record in leading training initiatives and instructional design.
