About the Team

As the Senior Talent Coordinator, you will be helping to build the future of Workday by supporting the recruitment of Workmates in our NA region. You will work alongside the Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to recruit the best talent by providing efficient, accurate and timely support of our interview processes. You will also play a critical role in ensuring each of our candidates has a great Workday experience. If you have a track record of delivering amazing customer service, are able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast moving environment, then this role and Workday may be a fit for you.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule complex in-person and virtual interviews globally

  • Manage the onsite experience for candidates

  • Manage candidate travel arrangements and expense reimbursements

  • Handle confidential candidate information with discretion

  • Maintain recruiting and human resources data in the Workday system

  • Communicate professionally at all times, represent the best of Workday to our candidates

  • Ad Hoc projects as needed

About You

Basic Qualification’s:

  • 1+ years of experience in human resources or a related administrative function

Other Qualification's

  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality

  • Possess a positive, “can do,” service-oriented attitude, with excellent follow through on issues

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Self-starter with a great work ethic

  • Ability to be resourceful

  • Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently, experience in a fast paced high tech environment a plus

  • Ability to communicate professionally in formal emails to candidates and managers

  • Outlook, Excel knowledge, recruiting or human resources system experience a plus


Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $56,700 USD - $85,100 USD


 

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $53,900 USD - $95,800 USD
