Sales employees will concentrate on acquiring new business and conducting customer visits in the field. When not in the field, they are expected to collaborate with their team from their assigned office location, if available.

As a Sr Specialist Credit/Collections Analyst, you will support credit and collections process, manage credit risk, ensure timely collections, and maintain positive client relationships in compliance with ATT guidelines and industry standards.
What you’ll do:
• Credit Risk Assessment and Management: Evaluate client creditworthiness through financial statement analysis and credit reports. Set and monitor credit limits and terms for new and existing accounts.
• Collections: Implement collection strategies to reduce overdue accounts and contact customers for outstanding payments. Negotiate payment plans and maintain detailed records of collection activities.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate payment allocation.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports on accounts receivable and credit risk. Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Support special projects, compliance with policies, process improvements, and provide support to junior analysts. Undertake additional tasks as needed to support the credit and collections team.

An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge, applying organizational practices to resolve moderately difficult problems. Works with independent judgement on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing policy changes to improve functions. Actions impact efficiency costs, schedules and client relationships. Interacts primarily within the department and with General Managers and above across various teams.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 2+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
