Summary
Baxter Healthcare company has taken a strategic decision to standardize all plants across regions on a common CMMS & Calibration system MAXIMO (Computerized Maintenance Management System), an IBM software.
This Sr. Specialist IT role is to lead the system implementation, functional usage and also to support the day-to-day system operation in Maximo globally.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Successfully leads Maximo site implementation projects based on timeline, scope, and budget expectations.
Develops and maintains the project plan, schedule and budget in conjunction with the Maximo Program Manager.
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and status reporting.
Identifies and tracks issues, risks, and new requirements.
Participates in the creation/review of validation materials and the execution of validation activities.
Consistently provides clear and effective communication with the Maximo team and all project stakeholders.
Managing system changes / improvement.
Coordinating deliveries with developers, testers, and key users.
Assist in the introduction of new functionality/applications.
Providing advice and guidance on optimal usage of the application.
Analyze business requirement/process, Identify, and understand broader business impact, assess alternative solutions and propose preferred solution.
Collaborate with development and testing teams for unit and functional testing.

Education and/or Experience
Engineering Graduate / Computer Science Graduate preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience on MAXIMO 7.x version or greater.
3+ years of progressive business experience in manufacturing environment.
Strong functional expertise in MAXIMO version 7.x (Maintenance, spare parts and calibration).
Experience of System validation in a pharmaceutical environment is an added value.
English language is mandatory, additional languages Spanish / French / Italian is an added value.
