Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers and relevant internal stakeholders regarding project statuses, ensuring all necessary information is captured for accurate project status and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any project discrepancies and promptly resolve customer or internal stakeholder inquiries and concerns.
Focus on closely following up on timesheet postings, validating timesheet accuracy, and chasing missing inputs from both internal and external consultants when necessary.
Follow the budget of staffing missions and trigger extensions in a timely manner to the staffing manager.
Track staffing orders in the system, monitor their progress, and generate invoices based on approved timesheets, ensuring the accuracy of pricing, verify billing information and address discrepancies if needed, ensuring customer orders and invoices align with contractual terms and pricing agreements.
Follow the monthly GR & invoicing cadence.
Maintain tracking sheets, master database, and system data accurately.
Assist staffing processes, create new offers in collaboration with the staffing manager, follow consultants’ activities, prepare mission extensions, ...

Knowledge, attributes and required experience:

Proficiency in Excel: The candidate must have a solid understanding of Excel.
Language Skills: Besides English, the candidate should master either French or Dutch.
Multitasking Abilities: need to be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Structured Approach: A methodical and organized way of working is essential.
Financial Knowledge: a good understanding of financial principles is necessary to manage project's budgets.
Clear Communication skills, both written and spoken.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
