Description

At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.

We’re hiring a Producer & Delivery Lead to ensure our gaming, interactive, and immersive content (AR/VR/360) experiences are built right and launched on time. You’ll run sprints with agencies, turn ideas into clear technical requirements, manage timelines and approvals, and ensure quality across security, performance, and accessibility. You’ll also manage analytics, CRM/CDP tags, and event tech (QR/UTM), keep the development backlog healthy, and partner with Legal, Compliance, and IT so every build meets company policies and has the green light before launch.

This position is located in either Los Angeles, CA (Space Park) OR Falls Church, VA (Headquarters). Commuting to one of these offices is required. This is not a remote position.

What You’ll Lead:

  • Build Execution: Translate concepts into technical requirements and acceptance criteria; manage vendor deliveries from prototype to launch.

  • Sprint Management: Plan and run sprints with agencies; maintain the backlog; resolve blockers; keep scope, milestones, and budgets on track.

  • Quality Assurance: Own QA for security, performance, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-device reliability; coordinate load tests, usability checks, and bug triage.

  • Data & Integrations: Implement event-level analytics; set up CRM/CDP tagging; manage pixels, UTMs/QRs, and integrations with marketing and event systems.

  • Release Management: Drive builds through staging → UAT → production; maintain release notes and rollback plans; ensure version control and asset hygiene.

  • Project Management: Own timelines, work plans, status reports, and agency schedules; coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders.

  • Governance & Approvals: Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and IT to meet privacy, export-control, and security standards; document approvals prior to launch.

  • Vendor Coordination: Hold partners to technical and quality standards; run demos; provide clear feedback; confirm fixes against acceptance criteria.

  • Documentation: Keep specs, runbooks, test plans, and post-launch readouts up to date; capture lessons learned for reuse.

  • Operations & Support: Stand up on-site kits for events (kiosks, QR, network needs, offline modes); ensure monitoring and incident response plans are in place for all experiences.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Interactive Media, Information Systems, Computer Science, Communications) with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s with 6+ years of relevant experience.

  • Hands-on experience shipping digital products/experiences (games, interactive web, AR/VR/360) as a technical producer or project manager.

  • Strong Agile skills: sprint planning, backlog grooming, capacity planning, and on-time delivery across multiple workstreams.

  • Proven QA ownership (security/privacy awareness, performance testing, accessibility/WCAG checks) and release management.

  • Experience implementing analytics (event schemas, tagging), and marketing integrations (CRM/CDP, UTMs, QR, pixels).

  • Comfortable working with agencies/vendors and cross-functional teams (IT, Security, Legal/Compliance).

  • Excellent organization and communication; clear status, risks, and decision logs.

  • Ability to travel for key events/activations and work on-site as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Unity/Unreal/WebGL pipelines, asset management, and CI/CD basics.

  • Experience with accessibility tooling and audits; performance profiling and cross-device testing.

  • Knowledge of privacy and security practices (consent, data minimization, SSO, content governance) in regulated environments.

  • Hands-on with analytics/marketing stacks (e.g., GA4/Adobe, Tag Manager, Salesforce/Marketo).

  • Event ops experience (kiosks, offline/poor-network modes, hardware specs).

  • Strong vendor management: SOWs, milestones, QA/acceptance criteria, and post-mortems.

  • Able to manage multiple launches at once, reprioritize quickly, and keep teams aligned with a collaborative style.
