Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of key omnichannel customer engagement projects, coordinate cross-functional resources, monitor progress, and provide regular updates on project outcomes to drive continuous execution and optimization of the omnichannel strategy. Collaborate closely with Business Units and Marketing Teams to co-design and execute digital marketing initiatives across Gilead’s owned channels (including face-to-face call, WeChat, and meetings), enhancing customer engagement quality and strengthening brand impact. Oversee the design and optimization of user journeys and experiences within the omnichannel engagement ecosystem, ensuring consistent, seamless, and value-driven scientific interactions across all channels and touchpoints. Collaborate closely with internal Commercial Operations teams to leverage data insights for marketing optimization and decision-making, enhance field team execution effectiveness in omnichannel engagement, and strengthen capability building and training for field representatives.
