The Sr. Manager, Sales Account Executive – Healthcare MX B2B, will serve as a market business leader, driving enterprise and mission-oriented mobility solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of the healthcare and life sciences industry. This role focuses on growing new business ensuring exceptional client experiences, and managing top-level client relationships. The position will play a pivotal role in developing near-term and long-term solution strategies, executing marketing approaches, and collaborating on product and technical roadmaps.

Role and Responsibilities

Business Growth & Account Management:

  • Drive solution revenue for Samsung's hardware (HHP, Tab, PC, Wearables), accessories, and software/services.
  • Programmatically manage accounts by orchestrating communications, assessing market trends, and developing promotional strategies.
  • Identify viable solutions, overcome barriers, and educate decision-makers to position Samsung as the preferred technology provider.

Market Share Expansion:

  • Increase Samsung's market share and revenue in new healthcare accounts through strategic positioning of the mobile portfolio.
  • Maintain awareness of Samsung's and competitors' market share in assigned accounts.

Pipeline Development & Execution:

  • Identify, specify, and lead enablement activities to support accounts.
  • Develop account and agency campaigns to achieve measurable market share growth.
  • Execute key account strategies and customer-oriented engagement plans.

Salesforce Excellence & Accountability:

  • Manage Account Business Opportunities (BO) with 100% accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Understand and leverage the customer's funding and budgeting process to secure wins.

Account Mapping & Segmentation:

  • Segment accounts based on budgets, requirements, and business objectives.
  • Build relationships with end-users, decision-makers, and influencers up to the C-level (CIO, CTO, CISO).

Leadership & Strategic Planning:

  • Perform long-range planning (1–3 years) to drive revenue growth through product placement and customer satisfaction.
  • Mobilize internal and external resources to meet customer requirements and drive growth.

Skills and Qualifications

Hiring Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of experience in solution/technology/enterprise software sales in healthcare/life sciences.
  • Proven track record of achieving annual targets (>$20M) in mobility hardware and software within healthcare/life sciences.
  • Expertise in enterprise mobility, mobility solutions, and managed Android devices (MDM/EMM, VPN).
  • Ability to research IT and mobility budgets for key healthcare/life sciences programs and agencies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate Samsung's value proposition.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (CRM) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of program and project management principles.
  • Additional Notes: This role requires the ability to transport equipment weighing under 75 lbs. The candidate should demonstrate a deep understanding of Samsung Mobile Hardware/Software and the Android operating system, including Android for Enterprise.
