What You Will Achieve
In this role, you will:
Apply skills and discipline knowledge to contribute effectively within the Sub Business Unit
Make decisions to resolve moderately complex problems, developing new options and operating independently in ambiguous situations
Work independently, using knowledge and experience to achieve desired results, often through self-initiated assignments
Perform work that is indirectly reviewed through consultation and agreement and may review the work of others within the Sub Business Unit
Translate customer requirements into actionable organizational plans, managing budget status, workforce levels, equipment availability, and other company capabilities
Collaborate and negotiate to build meaningful relationships across the organization
Guide new market initiatives and analyze business opportunities
Operate independently in non-standard situations, guided by policies, and contribute to the development of new options
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
BA/BS with at least 6 years of experience or MBA/MS with at least 5 years of experience or PhD/JD with at least 1 year of experience or MD/DVM with any years of experience
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret relevant business resource information and data to support decision-making processes
Proven track record of delivering consistently high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail
Expertise in at least one data extraction/manipulation technique or tool
Proficient in using analytical skills and tools to produce clean, organized data that drives objective insights
Familiarity with analyzing profit and loss statements, including net present value calculations using discounted cash flow analysis
Strong communication skills with the ability to build long-term strategic relationships across all organizational levels, ensuring future alignment of the entire portfolio
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
Master's degree with relevant pharmaceutical industry experience
Familiarity with Regulatory and Safety organizations
Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide team members
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
High level of adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in business planning processes
