About the Role

As a Senior Logistics Manager on the Port and Facility First Mile Transportation team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing Target’s domestic freight flow from port operations through our first-mile network. Enhance Network Visibility: Implement and optimize tools, dashboards, and processes that improve decision-making speed and accuracy.

Champion Innovation and Change: Serve as a change agent—challenging the status quo, piloting new ideas, and embedding a culture of innovation across the inbound transportation network.

Build New Capabilities: Support the design and deployment of new routines, systems, and collaborative processes to meet evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain operations, or transportation, with demonstrated leadership in complex project or program management.

Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with experience using data visualization

Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing abilities across multiple levels and functions.
