How You'll Drive Impact!

You will play a key role in managing the financial and operational aspects of the Digital Commerce Platforms P&L while contributing to the development and expansion of new features on digital websites and platforms. You will work alongside Digital and Finance leadership teams to provide expertise in revenue and expenditure forecasting and analysis, identifying trends, generating insights to facilitate meaningful reporting, as well as driving improvements in execution. They will link to finance colleagues across Digital Finance, Global IT Finance and Corporate Functions finance teams to ensure alignment financially and around core results for Corporate FP&A.

Seeking a high-potential candidate skilled in problem-solving, insight activation, control improvement, process streamlining, and efficiency optimization.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Business partner to the DCP teams, Divisions, and the Global IT Shared Service organization - providing leadership and insight in financial planning and analysis, revenue reporting, performance analytics
  • Analyze digital revenue data, develop insights, and support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis using SQL and advanced Excel modeling
  • Developing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and monthly forecasts; conducting variance analysis; preparing AR financials and other ad hoc analysis.
  • Complete key month-end close processes and post-close reporting for operating expenses and capital spending
  • Collaborate with Digital teams to align on classification (Capital vs Expense) per accounting policy; coordinate with the Technical Accounting team as necessary
  • Drive key analytics around headcount (HC) and labor charge backs to make recommendations on overall HC strategy and chargeback model.
  • Delivering operational improvements to drive efficiency and customer ease of use.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analyses and modeling as required.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience

  • 4-5+ years of direct experience in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting leadership within a large, matrixed organization
  • Desire to formulate and drive operational improvements, challenging the status quo
  • Demonstrated emphasis on translating data and metrics into predictable, valuable business insight.
  • Professional maturity and communication style to interact directly with leadership across functions
  • Strong results orientation, bias for action
  • Experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP), SQL, Hyperion, and digital tools (ie. PowerBI)
  • Excel expertise with advanced knowledge of pivots, charts, and formulas; strong financial modeling skills

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $103,100.00–$154,700.00.
