Job Details:
SUMMARY: The position holder will work in our Transportation group ensuring driver payroll is accurate and timely.
Duties include: Manually keying pay from trip sheets daily, tracking down PODs with claims associated, pay layovers, run reports, track milestones, and any Ad Hoc tasks. Fast-paced/high volume environment that is based in Operations.
The selected individual will communicate on a daily basis with drivers and managers via phone, email, Microsoft Teams, and in-person.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years clerical preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills are required; Must possess professional phone skills with both internal contacts and external customers.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint)..
