What you will do
The job holder will lead the Bone & Inflammation (B&I) Business Unit in China affiliate.
As a key member of the China Leadership Team, the role requires close collaboration with both local and global leaders. The job holder is responsible for owning and driving the business strategy of B&I BU. He/She has the authority and accountability to make strategic decisions that align with the overall goals of the company, analyzing the market, identifies opportunities, sets performance targets, and determines how the unit will achieve its objectives. Essentially, he/she takes ownership of the BU's strategy and work towards its successful implementation. The detailed responsibilities including:
Qualifications
·The successful candidate holds at least a university degree.
·Additionally the skillset was formed by 10+ years relevant pharmaceutical industry experience with a positive track record of leadership experience for at least a medium-sized group of direct reports, the responsibility for a substantial share of the local business as well as operating experience as a MT member.
·Experiences in local marketing & sales, with market and legal knowledge
·Both Chinese and English languages skills are mandatory.
