How You Will Make History Here…

You will play a critical role in shaping the future of Campbell’s flexible packaging procurement strategy. By driving cost savings, fostering supplier partnerships, and enabling innovation across iconic brands, you’ll help deliver value and efficiency to our North American supply chain. Your ability to react quickly, think strategically, and influence outcomes will make a lasting impact.

What You Will Do…

  • Manage procurement of flexible packaging across multiple business units with an annual spend of $50MM+.

  • Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, and innovation.

  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.

  • Lead strategic sourcing events and negotiate complex contracts.

  • Provide market insights and monthly pricing projections for key commodities (PP, PET, PE, HDPE).

  • Drive cost savings initiatives and track performance against North American supply chain targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Planning, R&D, and Brand teams to support commercialization and innovation projects.

  • Maintain SAP data integrity for contracts, pricing, and item setup.

Who You Will Work With…

Reporting into a Senior Manager - Flexible & Rigid Plastic Procurement - Packaging, you'll be counterpart to Buyers and Analysts on the team. This role will collaborate with Planning, R&D Packaging Engineers and Brand Innovation teams.

What You Will Bring to the Table… (Must Have)

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Minimum Qualification)

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain (Minimum Qualification)

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to achieve competitive advantage in complex deals.

  • Solid understanding of commodity markets and cost drivers.

  • Ability to integrate procurement strategies with broader business and supply chain objectives.

It Would Be Great If You Have… (Nice to Have)

  • MBA preferred.

  • Experience in CPG or food industry.

  • Exposure to flexible packaging and film manufacturing processes.

  • SAP knowledge and contract management experience.

  • Strong analytical skills for cost modeling and market analysis.

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between 

$83,200-$119,600

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
