Meet the team:

The Customer Advocacy Data Analytics Team is a “full-stack” data team focusing on analyzing post-market data to drive product design improvement decisions and ensure adherence to regulatory standards. We build and maintain data pipelines, design and provide KPI’s for multiple business units, and perform ad-hoc analysis for a multitude of agencies and regulatory bodies.

As a Data Informatics Analyst, you will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside the team to query and compile post-market product information to support ad-hoc data requests and periodically generate custom-formatted metrics to support business needs. The ideal candidate for this position is also able to present this data professionally and effectively to various departments within the organization.

  • You will work in various databases and with Business Intelligence to pull information from verified and validated sources to track and trend post-market product complaint data.
  • You manage the creation, maintenance, and support of metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards with datasets of various sizes and file formats for inter-departmental communication of Post-Market Product Surveillance data.
  • You work with various departments to provide data relevant to their business processes and data needs.
  • You support the execution of daily metrics to Customer Advocacy Management team to monitor department performance.
  • You support the execution of weekly metrics to Customer Advocacy Management team to monitor product performance.
  • You demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.

What makes you successful: (target 5-8 bullets, max 10)

  • You have strong SQL programming skills.
  • You are experienced working with relational databases and/or distributed computing platforms, and their query interfaces, such as SQL, Snowflake, and GCP BigQuery.
  • You are experienced with GitHub or similar version control software.
  • You have data visualization experience with Python visualization libraries, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • You have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and Electronic Quality Systems
  • You bring excellent troubleshooting abilities and skills to analyze data problems and propose solutions.
  • You show excellent written and verbal communications skills, with a proven ability to translate complex methodologies and analytical results to business insights.

Experience and Education Requirements

  •  Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience or Master’s degree and 2-5 years 
    equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience
