Senior Analyst, Production Management

How will this role have an impact?

The Senior Analyst, Production Management supports the Production team in meeting our regional or client goals. They are primarily responsible for the ongoing analysis, tracking of KPIs, and interpretation of data that is crucial to maintaining and exceeding our production goals, quality, and ensuring all KPIs are on track for achieving objectives through the most efficient use of resources. This individual will work closely with all Production team members across clients and regions. The Senior Analyst, Production Management will work in a dynamic environment and must effectively use data to determine strengths and opportunities for improvement in operations.  The Senior Analyst, Production Management must be able to develop and effectively communicate suggestions at client and regional levels so that Production Managers and Directors in Production can make informed decisions.

The Senior Analyst, Production Management role reports to the Senior Manager, Regional Production

What will you do?

  • Research, track, and monitor client or regional commitments, goals, and expectations

  • Collect data from numerous sources, clean data, and analyze data to identify trends

  • Use data and analysis to predict issues before they arise 

  • Provide team with actionable insights and analysis reports based on data to support decision-making efforts

  • Monitor performance KPIs

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from Network, Member Engagement, and team members

  • Assist in creating client-facing deliverables based on data analysis and findings

We are looking for someone with:

  • 5-8 years of analyst experience, particularly in resource or capacity management

  • Ability to recognize, evaluate and solve complex problems

  • Adept with technology and advanced skills in tools for analysis, particularly PowerBI and MS Excel MS

  • Proven ability to evaluate and provide recommendations for solving complex problems, especially using data visualization

  • Proven ability to execute against cross functional and operational initiatives or multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience in a large, complex and healthcare / healthcare technology organization

  • Proven project management expertise

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluently speak, read, and write English

  • Understanding of key metrics and best practices for reporting / metric development

  • Proven ability to prioritize with a team and advocate for priorities with other teams

  • Reputation of doing what it takes to get the job done while ensuring strong interpersonal relationships; puts the interests of the organization ahead of personal interests 

  • Ability to balance strong business capabilities and high business ethics with a commitment to clinical and service excellence

  • Ability to express and implement concepts and ideas, both orally and in writing 

  • Demonstrates competency in technology applications related to business and clinical functions and in process improvement methodologies. 

  • Proven experience in building client facing deliverables

Education/Licensing Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Management, Analytics or related field

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
