What you'll be doing

As a Sr. Analyst, Intradiem Intraday, you will lead and manage the configuration of Intradiem for offline content deliveries across Contact Centres. You will monitor the progress and effectiveness of offline deliveries, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for Intradiem KPIs, and present actionable insights to leadership teams. Coordinate and perform testing for Intradiem maintenance upgrades, including Business Acceptance Testing (BAT). Document test plans, results, and any identified defects or issues. Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and the Intradiem vendor to ensure successful implementation of upgrades and fixes. Maintain documentation of Intradiem rules, action logs, offline deliveries tracker, job aids and BAT use cases. Communicate updates on offline deliveries, system changes and performance metrics to relevant stakeholders. Provide training and support to end-users as required.

How you'll succeed

  • Relationship Management Promote an environment that encourages initiative, continuous improvement, learning and the generation of new ideas and solutions. Build and maintain relationships with each line of business supported
  • Workforce Management Hands on experience in WFM and Reporting tools such as Verint, Tableau, Cognos and Genesys.
  • Technical Expertise – Demonstrate expertise in MS Excel and data analysis, leveraging reporting techniques to manipulate and interpret WFM data, enabling timely and strategic decisions that drive Intradiem operational efficiencies.
  • Business Acumen    Maintain an understanding of the different business needs and challenges with significant change due to a fast paced business environment.
