Key Responsibilities:

The Sponsor Relations & Product Enhancement (SRPE) Officer provides management and support to the Zonal and APs management of sponsorship operations, sponsorship business systems, guidelines and standards for improved performance and relationship between the child, family and community with sponsors and Support Offices, specifically on development of sponsor engagement (Correspondences & Rich Media), including sponsor visit. This position also responsible to enhance the effectiveness of communication mechanism and process, building capacity of AP team and developing guidelines that contribute to the achievement of WVI Indonesia Strategy Mandate Priority in respect to existing policies and standards.

The position supports and provides National Office level technical oversight to zonal/APs in mainstreaming of Sponsorship in Programming and Sponsorship Standards while working closely with children and community, also liaises with SOs or GC on matters related to Sponsorship products and other services such as correspondences, Rich Media, and sponsor visit.. This position works closely with the SRPE Coordinator to address gaps identified through Sponsorship data to achieve sponsorship excellence.

  • Contribute to the strategy development of sponsorship products and services aligned with WVIDN strategy and Global Center initiatives through a series of activities including concept development, pilot, implementation, evaluation and roll out.

  • Provide analysis on current process, trend of performance and recommendation to improve effective and efficient process of sponsorship products

  • Providing support for Area Programme to ensure sponsorship product run well in normal situation or emergency support

  • To manage all process of sponsorship communications in National Office including Sponsor Letter, Gift Notification, Digital Correspondence and other Global Center initiatives according to standards, include develop guidelines and generic business processes in National level as the implication of new or enhanced products.

  • To support queries and complaint regarding sponsorship product from support office

  • To provide advice or technical supports for Area Programme to solve problems related to sponsorship communication and action 

  • Supports and assistance in developing strategy and plan to solve overdue pending products, developing and reviewing business process, tools and mechanism

  • As Liason officer between Support office, Global Center, Area Programme/Zone

Requirements

  • Bachelor in Social Work, Management, Development or other relevant area required.

  • National or Zone level experience in sponsorship management and development projects.

  • Knowledge of sponsorship policies, framework, systems and processes

  • Effective in written and verbal communication in English (TOEFL min 500).

  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 25% of the time.

  • Requires the ability to travel regularly to village and rural locations when necessary, and to engage in coordination activities using online platforms.

  • Development work:

    • Well understanding and experience in Child Sponsorship and its contribution to child wellbeing.

    • Understanding Sponsorship in Programming.

  • Demonstrated community and staff facilitation skills.

  • Excellent analysis and communication skills

  • Excellent in basic computer skills (excel, words, ppt).
