Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Social Policies & Industrial Relations Spain, you will give support to all Divisions of Airbus Group in Spain (Helicopters, Defense and Space and Commercial Aircrafts) and your main tasks will be:
- Negotiations with employees’ representatives and work councils for all related topics.
- Deliver consistent implementation of HR processes and tools.
- Define SPIR process performance and propose improvement actions.
- Act as a legal consultant for HR Expertise Centers and HRBPs in terms of social policies, labor aspects and processes.
