RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and oversee inbound & outbound warehouse operations with 3rd party service provider, ensuring service provider performing to defined service level agreements.

  • Monitor inbound/outbound shipments and update SAP LE transaction time and accurately.

  • Works with Business/SCM on stock replenishments into 3rd party warehouses (MY/SG/ID).

  • Meet the transportation requirements and the demands of our supply chain strategies.

  • Deploy our carrier strategies EGTCT in order to manage our distribution costs, ensure on-time delivery service, and comply with global transportation regulatory requirements.

  • Responsible for SAP shipment cost update, logistics vendor billings validation and review before submitting for approval.

  • Support SE production plant (JAG) in demand & supply planning through IBP R&S tools.

  • Responsible to balance demand and supply for JAG from annual to weekly basis in the context of regional and global network planning.

  • Responsible for inventory management of FG to optimize NWC and balance with service levels and supply chain costs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma in Supply Chain/Logistics Management.

  • 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in the SCM of MNCs or in 3rd Party Logistics Services Provider with proficiency in shipment arrangement and Import/Export execution, ideally in Chemical industry.

  • Ability to work in a multitasking role.

  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).

  • Experience using SAP Logistics Execution/Shipment Module is a significant advantage.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills are critical to interact with internal clients and external vendors.

  • APICS CPIM/CSCP Certified is preferred.
