About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Demand Planner & Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and optimize our demand planning and supply chain operations across the full commercial cycle — from sell-in to sell-thru and sell-out. This role is responsible for aligning demand forecasts with financial goals, retail plans, and sales objectives, ensuring product availability while minimizing inventory risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and consumer electronics, with proven experience in demand planning, supply chain strategy, and business intelligence.

What You Will Do

  • Create pitch-perfect, cutting-edge technology that elevates the listening experience

  • Integrate sell-in, sell-thru, and sell-out data to build accurate and actionable demand plans.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Retail teams to ensure alignment between supply and commercial objectives.

  • Monitor inventory levels, aging, and turnover to optimize stock health and reduce obsolescence.

  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support strategic decision-making.

  • Drive continuous improvement in supply chain responsiveness and forecast accuracy.

  • Manage supply chain risks and opportunities to ensure product availability and operational efficiency

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning and supply chain management, preferably in retail or consumer electronics.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and planning tools.

  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and demand forecasting platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Bilingual: Spanish and English.

 

Bonus Points if You Have

  • MBA or APICS certification.

  • Background in retail and ECOM operations and the consumer electronics industry.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization with regional/global teams.

  • Familiarity with S&OP processes and supply chain analytics.

  • Logistics.
