Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for maintenance vendors and technicians, maintaining strong working relationships.

  • Review and update service request reports to ensure timely resolution of resident issues.

  • Schedule and assign work orders based on priority and availability.

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to vendor billing and invoices.

  • Generate and maintain ad hoc reports as requested by management.

  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in construction, property management, or the real estate industry is preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • A professional demeanor and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
