Primary Accountabilities:
Operational (60%)
Perform accurate data entry, edit and verify offer information (e.g., coupon and rebate data) to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems.
Serve as the go-to contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and providing updates via email.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct administrative updates, special projects, and system changes
Establish open and professional communication with both clients and internal team members to ensure alignment.
Maintain accurate records, including contact, billing rates, and addresses
Help integrate new client accounts, ensuring their offers and systems are configured properly.
Work independently while maintaining consistent communication with management
Analytical (40%)
Cross-check offer and rebate data against client expectations and business rules.
Ensure the integrity of client databases through ongoing management and audits
Decide whether rebate claims should be approved or denied based on analysis.
Conduct quality control reviews
Generate and interpret analytical reports (movement data, forecast reviews, database checks) to provide actionable insights to clients.
Analyze and respond to ad hoc data requests, delivering clear insights and actionable information.
Research scanning anomalies or system discrepancies.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), Google applications, and Adobe
Two or more years of experience communicating with clients through email or equivalent experience and training that provide the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to fulfill the responsibilities of the role
Professional communication and the ability to explain data findings clearly.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects by effectively prioritizing
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, professionally, and with tact and discretion
