Analyzing data and trends to make recommendations that align with business goals.
Following and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws, regulations and company policies.
Reviewing reports and processes to ensure compliance.
Managing communication with internal and external customers.
Working. with senior leadership and third-party administrators to fix issues.
Identifying and recommending process improvement suggestions, supports change management by adapting to change and learning from change difficulties and feedback.
Ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
Supporting issue resolution by using completing research across multiple systems, calculating and inputting transactions that resolve discrepancies, and conducting root cause analysis and research to identify and resolve causes for issues.
Resolving customer concerns/issues and answering questions by communicating with customers through verbal and written communications.
Completing work assignments and priorities by using resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners as needed.
Completing priorities, deadlines, and expectations, and communicating progress and information to management as needed.
Providing support by assisting management with training other team members and supporting special projects involving advanced research, review of data and clear communication.
Ensuring accuracy, time-management, multitasking, and organizational skills are necessary to follow specific guidelines, as well as process exception reports to ensure compliance and confidentiality is maintained.

Minimum Qualifications:

1 – 3 years of experience in MS Office Suite
1 – 3 years of experience in Customer Service

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
