As a Specialist, Corporate Designer at Oxford Properties, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs that align with our brand strategy and elevate our marketing and communications. You will collaborate directly with Oxford’s brand, marketing, and communications teams to deliver impactful design solutions for a variety of audiences and channels that support business objectives across the organization.
Your primary focus will be on graphic design, including presentations, brand development, marketing collateral, digital assets, and internal communications. You will ensure consistency in brand storytelling and visual identity across all touchpoints.
This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer with strong visual communication skills who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Global Brand Ambassador Responsibilities
- Serve as a brand ambassador, representing Oxford’s brand values and visual identity across the organization.
- Drive brand adoption and change management efforts by partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of brand updates, maintenance and consistency across all designs.
- Support brand education initiatives through training sessions, workshops, and presentations to internal teams and stakeholders as required.
- Support ongoing meetings and feedback loops to gather insights and continuously improve brand materials and processes.
- Act as a point of contact for brand design related inquiries and guidance across the organization.
Brand & Visual Identity
- Uphold and evolve Oxford’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
- Apply brand guidelines, including colour palettes, typography, icons, and templates.
- Ensure high-quality, visually engaging design across all outputs.
Graphic Design & Marketing Collateral
- Design marketing materials, including presentations, reports, brochures, event branding, sponsorship materials, corporate campaigns, signage, and social media assets.
- Develop data visualizations, infographics, and internal communications assets (e.g. emails, newsletters, intranet banners).
- Create digital assets for websites, social media campaigns, and online advertising.
- Maintain organized design files and templates to support efficient workflows.
Collaboration & Project Management
- Work closely with the brand, marketing, and communications teams to translate ideas into engaging visuals.
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and property teams as needed to ensure brand consistency and quality.
- Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Support and create process documentation (SOPs, briefing templates) to improve workflows.
- Ensure assets are properly stored and tagged in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system
What You Bring
Core Skills & Experience
- 2 - 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a corporate or agency setting.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand development, marketing collateral, and digital design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- PowerPoint design expertise (creating branded, visually engaging presentations).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with digital asset management (DAM) tools.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Familiarity with social media content creation and best practices.
- Ability to measure and report on the impact of design assets.
- Basic knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Experience in commercial real estate, finance, or corporate marketing is a plus.
