Key Role:
Perform or assist in administrative and technical security support services, ensuring the security of restricted access facilities and sensitive records and advising command leadership on pertinent issues. Analyze the development and implementation of key programs or processes for the organization, work without considerable direction, and mentor team members on security practices. Ensure the protection of government-sensitive and classified information. Ensure the organization is compliant with DoD security requirements. Collaborate with staff security specialists, analyzing and implementing personnel, information, physical, and operation security requirements for the command’s Special Access Program (SAP) and Special Technical Operations (STO) program. Assist with activities and other more generalized duties and responsibilities. Track security clearances, review pre-screening questionnaires (PSQs), conduct in and out processing of personnel, prepare waivers, access requests, and indoctrination agreements, and respond to inquiries on security clearance and access levels. Manage inspection requirements for the command’s Special Access Program Facility (SAPF). Provide support for SAP and STO future operational planning.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with SAP and IJSTO security oversight and program management
Experience in security program management in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Manual 5205.07E - DoD SAP Security Manual, and SCIF physical security and communication security (COMSEC) requirements
Experience working with PDAS, SIC or JADE account look ups and creations, submitting SAP nominations for program access, and SAP security education implementation and annual reporting
Experience working with Security Classification Guides (SCGs) and classification reviews
Experience with physical security, such as Co-Use Agreements and Compartmented Area Checklists
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working on a component or combatant command staff
Ability to support the development and implementation of sensitive compartmented plans and drive operational planning
Completion of Planning and Decision Aid System (PDAS) Privileged User Course
Special Access Program Personnel Security Official (SPO) Certification
Special Program Security Certification (SPSC)
Physical Security Certification (PSC)
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
