THE JOB:
The On-Call Special Events Representative plays a crucial role in supporting various casino events, including slot tournaments, VIP ticketing, and promotional activities. This position involves assisting with event setup, providing exceptional guest service, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure smooth event operations.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist with event setup, including organizing supplies, loyalty gift distribution, slot tournaments and execution of special events
Provide outstanding guest service by sharing information about the casino, events, and local area
Manage administrative tasks such as supply inventory, maintaining office equipment, and preparing event materials
Organize, assemble, and distribute event materials including promotional gifts, credentials, and décor
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to obtain proper licensure through the New York State Gaming Commission
Must possess a high school diploma or GED
Must be available to work a schedule that varies from month to month and may include shift times during the day, afternoon, night, weekends, and holidays

Pay Rate:
The rate for this role is:
$25.50
Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
