Join Nelly as Our First Operation Person in Spain
As Spain Operations Lead, you will work closely with the Country Manager andcross-functional teams to help bring Nelly to the Spanish market. You’ll be at the center of hands-on execution: from validating local product-market fit and onboarding practices to supporting our first customers. This is a high-impact role as your work will directly drive expansion into a new market. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, finds structure in chaos, and doesn’t wait to be told what to do. We’re looking for a natural project manager and executor: someone who sees a gap and fills it, gets things done fast, and documents as they go. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to specialise in GTM, Onboarding or Customer Success, depending on your strengths and the company’s needs.
