About The Role 

Our Space Planning team is looking to add a dynamic Project Manager to their team. The Associate FF&E Project Manager role will play an important part in supporting expansion and renovation projects. This position will manage all aspects of FF&E procurement and implementation while aligning with the brand’s vision, design standards, budget, timeline and operational needs. 

YOU WILL: 

  • Coordinate the sourcing, specification, and procurement of all FF&E items for new store builds and remodels. 
  • This includes but is not limited to ordering fabric, wallpaper, furniture, lighting, appliances, hardware. 
  • Maintain accurate FF&E schedules, budgets, and tracking logs from design through delivery and installation. 
  • Coordinate all deliveries to and from workrooms/warehouses and manage on site installations. 
  • Manage work orders, pricing, lead times, and substitutions as needed to meet project budget and timelines. 
  • Communicate regularly with designers, project managers, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely approvals and deliveries. 
  • Prepare and review work orders, review vendor shop drawings and submittals to confirm compliance with design intent. 
  • Assist in developing and maintaining corporate FF&E standards and libraries to ensure efficiency and consistency across all locations. 
  • Develop strong vendor relationships to negotiate preferred pricing and special partnerships. 
  • Work with finance department and vendors on payment terms, vendor set up, and invoice processing. 

YOU HAVE/ARE: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field preferred. 
  • 2–5 years of experience in FF&E coordination, interior design, or retail store/showroom design. 
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite for presentations and work orders. 
  • Proficient in AutoCAD is a plus. 
  • Strong Excel or management software skills for tracking budgets, schedules, and procurement. 
  • Strong understanding of furniture, finishes, lighting, and materials used in retail spaces. 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Collaborative and proactive approach to problem solving 
  • Experience with multi-location rollouts is a plus. 
  • Ability to travel for installations. 
  • A passion for beauty, style and all things design
