About the location:
Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island.About the role
The Spa Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while managing reservations, guest inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure, supporting the spa team in delivering exceptional service aligned with the hotel’s luxury standards.
What you will do
Greet and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring a luxurious experience.
Handle spa and gym reservations, inquiries, and guest requests efficiently.
Provide information about spa treatments, wellness programs, and fitness offerings.
Maintain accurate appointment schedules and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
Process payments, manage billing, and handle administrative tasks.
Work closely with spa therapists, fitness instructors, and hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and a relaxing atmosphere in the spa reception and lounge areas.
Handle guest feedback and concerns with professionalism and effective service recovery.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa promotions, special offers, and seasonal treatments.
Manage inventory of spa products, amenities, and supplies, ensuring availability and efficient stock control.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities for spa and wellness services.
Support in generating reports related to guest visits, revenue, and service performance.
Perform other duties as assigned by upper management to support the smooth operation of the spa and gym facilities.
What you bring
Experience: Previous background in spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality reception is preferred.
Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Spanish is required; additional languages are an advantage.
Customer service: Genuine passion for providing exceptional guest experiences with a focus on care, empathy, and professionalism.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
Organization: Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Technical skills: Proficiency in spa booking and scheduling systems, along with general administrative and computer skills.
Teamwork: Cooperative and flexible approach, with a positive attitude toward supporting different areas of the spa operation.
Passion: Genuine interest in wellness, fitness, and promoting a holistic lifestyle experience for guests.
Presentation: Polished personal appearance and a calm, welcoming demeanor reflective of a luxury spa environment.
Legal requirement: Authorization to work in Spain.
Work Experience: 2 Years.
Degree: Professional /Technician.
Languages: Spanish / English.
Language Ability: High.
