We are looking for a Sourcing Manager, Indirect services, with a strong strategic mindset, a hands on, can do attitude. In this role you will develop and execute sourcing strategies, that enhance cost efficiency, ensure quality, and foster supply chain resilience.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland, and requires on-site presence according to Fiskars Group’s working policy.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive global sourcing strategy for suppliers and lead the local indirect sourcing.
Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers. Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and conditions.
Cost Management: Drive cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement programs. Analyze markets and cost structures to identify opportunities for efficiency and value.
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential supply chain disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and sourcing intelligence to inform strategies. Implement tools and technologies to boost efficiency and transparency.

Your Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as Sourcing Manager, with at least 3 years in Indirect / Services sourcing.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Solid understanding of regional business practices and communication styles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in Finnish and English.
