Job Description Summary

The Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supplier Quality Data Solution Lead will serve as a Digital Technology leader responsible for driving the end-to-end data strategy, governance, and solution design across GE HealthCare’s S2P and Supplier Quality Collaboration System (SQCS) domains.

This role combines business process expertise, data management, and product leadership to connect procurement, sourcing, supplier quality, and finance processes into a unified, data-driven ecosystem. The position will partner closely with the Chief Data Office (CDO), Procurement, Quality, and Digital Technology (DT) teams to design, deliver, and sustain scalable data solutions that enable analytics, automation, and insight-driven decisions across GE HealthCare’s global supply network.

You will directly impact how GE HealthCare manages supplier collaboration, drives compliance, and uses data to improve performance and operational excellence across thousands of suppliers and internal users.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & Governance

  • Define and drive the S2P and Supplier Quality data strategy, aligned with enterprise data architecture and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Data Office to design governed data models, master data standards, and quality controls for key S2P objects (e.g., suppliers, POs, invoices, quality events).
  • Establish data stewardship practices to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with global standards and regulations.
  • Partner with security and compliance teams to maintain adherence to GEHC’s digital risk and privacy requirements.


Solution Design & Delivery

  • Lead the design and development of data-driven solutions integrating ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP), Coupa, PLM, and Supplier Quality systems (e.g., SQCS).
  • Translate business and functional requirements into data architecture and integration designs that support analytics, automation, and reporting needs.
  • Ensure the Supplier Quality Collaboration System (SQCS) operates as a core component within the broader S2P data ecosystem.
  • Drive continuous improvement in system performance, scalability, and data quality to support business growth and compliance.


Product Management & Agile Delivery

  • Act as the Product Owner for S2P and SQCS data capabilities — owning backlogs, priorities, and roadmaps aligned to business and data strategies.
  • Partner with cross-functional agile teams to plan, execute, and release new capabilities, ensuring quality and timeliness of delivery.
  • Manage the change control and release management process in collaboration with the CDO and DT teams.
  • Track and report progress, risks, and dependencies to leadership and key stakeholders.


Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Serve as the key interface between business, DT, and the CDO for S2P and Supplier Quality data initiatives.
  • Build strong partnerships with Procurement, Finance, and Quality teams to identify data needs, prioritize improvements, and align on outcomes.
  • Communicate complex technical and data concepts in clear business terms across all levels of the organization.
  • Develop trusted relationships with external vendors, solution partners, and system providers to ensure optimal solution delivery.

Continuous Improvement & Insights

  • Drive data quality and process visibility through development of dashboards, analytics, and KPIs.
  • Support predictive and AI-driven insights to enhance supplier performance, spend optimization, and risk mitigation.
  • Continuously assess new technologies and methods to enhance data accessibility and user experience.


Qualifications & Experience
Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related STEM discipline.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in Source-to-Pay (Procure-to-Pay, Sourcing, or Supplier Quality) processes or related digital transformation roles.
  • Proven experience in data management, data governance, or data architecture within a global enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP (Oracle/SAP) and supplier quality systems (e.g., SQCS, PTC PLM).
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments as a Product Manager or Product Owner.
  • Demonstrated collaboration with enterprise data organizations (e.g., CDO) in defining and delivering data-driven solutions.

Preferred:

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS) and analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
  • Knowledge of master data management (MDM), metadata management, and ETL processes.
  • Experience managing SaaS or cloud-hosted enterprise applications.
  • Exposure to AI/ML or predictive analytics use cases in procurement or supplier quality.
