In this role, you will lead the integration and automation of five COTS products—including TeamMate+, Power BI, and CMTS—within a secure cloud environment. • Automate installation processes to improve efficiency and consistency.

  • Conduct basic System Administration (SA) tasks and collaborate with the Cloud Operations Team for more complex system activities.

  • Utilize Windows tools and work within Windows EC2 instances in a C2S environment.

  • Manage and query Microsoft SQL databases.

  • Work with scripting languages (e.g., Python or others that meet security requirements) to streamline operations and automation.

  • Potentially operate within Linux or use command-line tools within Windows environments.

  • Understand both the development and operational aspects of product integration.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with software installation, configuration, and automation.

  • Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments.

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.

  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to identify root causes of integration issues.
