Position Overview
We are seeking a passionate Python Developer to join our AI and Cybersecurity Engineering team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge LLM and GenAI scanning systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong Python background, experience in building scalable backend services, and a keen interest in cybersecurity and AI-driven vulnerability analysis.
This role will focus on designing and implementing the scanner components that detect, analyze, and secure AI/LLM systems against prompt injection, data leakage, and other emerging GenAI risks. Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, and modern GenAI frameworks is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scanner components that perform automated security assessments on LLM and GenAI systems.
Build Python-based services and APIs for scanning orchestration, data collection, and result aggregation.
Integrate with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) to simulate attacks and evaluate AI system behavior.
Collaborate with AI security researchers to develop detection logic for GenAI-specific threats (e.g., prompt injection, jailbreaks, model leakage).
Develop secure, scalable, and maintainable backend components supporting the scanner pipeline.
Work with vector databases, embeddings, and model inference APIs to automate risk analysis.
Contribute to continuous improvement of scanner accuracy, speed, and coverage through testing and performance optimization.
Stay current with emerging threats in AI/ML and cybersecurity domains.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, backend services, and asynchronous programming.
Experience with frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
Working knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals, vulnerability assessment, or security automation.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure and OCI) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to Generative AI and LLM development.
Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Anthropic, or Bedrock APIs.
Understanding of prompt injection, data leakage, or model exploitation techniques.
Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma) and embedding-based retrieval.
Background in AI/ML security, model evaluation, or agentic AI systems.
Contribution to open-source GenAI or cybersecurity tools is a plus.
