OUR ROLE

To further strengthen our operations, we are looking for a S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) Planner who will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence, acting as the main link between the Global Network Planning (GNP) team, distribution centers (DCs), and local markets. This role ensures seamless coordination and alignment across the entire value chain.

Reporting to the Regional S&OE Manager, the position is based in our Stockholm office and offers a hybrid working model. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our supply and demand execution, supporting both global strategy and local market needs.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

As an S&OE Planner, you will be key to ensuring smooth operations by driving effective short-term planning and execution. Your main responsibilities will include:

  •  Driving short-term supply chain planning execution within a 0–12 week horizon, ensuring product availability and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Monitoring and adjusting plans in real time to respond to changes in demand or supply, with a strong focus on exception management and business continuity.
  •  Implementing automation tools to optimize planning processes, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making.
  • Managing planning activities from distribution centers (DCs) to customer channels (wholesale, e-commerce, and retail), ensuring optimal product availability and appropriate inventory levels.
  • Balancing service level targets with cost efficiency by maintaining the right stock at the right time and location.
  • Supporting the implementation of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to increase planning accuracy and execution speed.
  • Overseeing replenishment strategies to guarantee consistent product availability in alignment with sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborating closely with stakeholders across supply chain, logistics, sales, marketing, and regional teams to ensure seamless execution and address demand fluctuations.

WHO YOU ARE

  • 3–5 years of experience in planning or related roles, ideally within the consumer goods, lifestyle or consulting industries.
  • Proven track record in managing inventory, replenishment, and product availability across multi-channel supply chains (wholesale, e-commerce, retail).
  • Proficiency in advanced planning tools (e.g. SAP) and analytics platforms (e.g. Power BI).
  • Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Highly organized problem-solver, capable of managing competing priorities effectively.
