As the MASH Social Worker, you will:
- Manage referrals into Children’s Social Care via the MASH
 
- Conduct screening, risk assessments, and safeguarding enquiries
 
- Collaborate with multi-agency partners including Police, Health, Education, IDVA Services, and Housing
 
- Make evidence-based decisions and support families through a holistic approach
 
- Work independently while contributing to a strong, supportive team
 
Essential requirements of this MASH Social Worker role:
- Registration as a Social Worker with Social Work England
 
- Completion of ASYE and at least one year of post-qualifying experience
 
- Experience in fast-paced environments such as MASH or safeguarding teams
 
- Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills
 
- Commitment to relational practice and improving outcomes for children
