Job Description Summary

The Social Media Program Specialist will help drive Cushman & Wakefield’s employee advocacy program across the globe, empowering employees to become authentic brand ambassadors by amplifying our company’s messages, culture and values through their networks. This role will provide day-to-day support focused on operational execution: managing the advocacy tool, ensuring participation, and helping deliver engaging content to participants worldwide. The Specialist will work closely with the Social Media Team, who oversee the program’s strategy and direction, to ensure seamless operations and strong adoption across regions. Reporting to the global lead of the firm’s social media initiatives, this role will partner and work across functional teams in the Americas, EMEA and APAC to ensure the program drives measurable impact on brand awareness, thought leadership and trust.

About the Role:

  • Manage daily administration of the platform, including content uploads, tagging, scheduling, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to source, localize, and categorize approved content while maintaining brand and compliance standards.
  • Review and curate employee- and region-suggested stories, ensuring sensitive material is flagged appropriately.
  • Support program implementation, participant onboarding/offboarding, training sessions, and expansion across EMEA and APAC.
  • Monitor activity, track metrics, and leverage data to optimize advocacy campaigns, participation rates, and overall program health.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field, with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media operations (advocacy/employee engagement tools a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with digital platforms, content management tools, and reporting dashboards.
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across time zones in a fast-paced global environment.
