Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide tactical support for overall social media efforts, including daily maintenance of university social media channels. This may include writing, producing photo or video and other creative approaches, working independently or in partnership with other staff.
Monitor university/department social media channels for issues and trends, listening particularly for opportunities to proactively engage with our audiences.
Contribute to the execution of social media campaigns in support of overall strategic content goals.
Provide support for events, opportunities and campaigns that aim to drive engagement and increase our audience on social media channels. Assist with coordination of production for Facebook Live and other remote opportunities.
Utilize social media tools to contribute to monthly measurement and reporting.
Perform other duties as assigned.
