THE JOB:
As a Sky Suites Representative, you’ll set the stage for an unforgettable guest experience with your warm welcome, exceptional service, and commitment to excellence. You’ll take ownership of each guest interaction—anticipating their needs, resolving issues with care, and creating personalized WOW moments that reflect the luxury and exclusivity of ARIA’s Forbes Five-Star Sky Suites experience.
Your passion for service, attention to detail, and ability to make every guest feel like a VIP will help define the gold standard of hospitality that MGM Resorts is known for.
THE STARTING RATE: $22/hr
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist VIP casino, hotel, and convention guests with check-in, check-out, concierge requests, and personalized service needs.
Provide expert recommendations on dining, entertainment, nightlife, and local attractions.
Promote and enroll guests in MGM Rewards to enhance loyalty and engagement.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction and memorable experiences.
Maintain cashiering responsibilities including cash handling, billing inquiries, credit card authorizations, and casino comp processing.
Monitor suite occupancy, manage out-of-service rooms, and coordinate upgrades in alignment with availability and policy.
Provide business center support including faxing, copying, emailing, and facilitating shipping requests.
Communicate clearly and professionally through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of guest service experience preferred; experience in VIP Services, Front Desk, or Concierge a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage luxury clientele.
Working knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond service standards preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and standard office equipment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
Must be available to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Multilingual abilities and Notary Public designation preferred.
