In this role, you will be
Based at the Plant with the responsibility of overseeing and managing all aspects of physical security at the Enstra Plant. This includes safeguarding personnel, property, equipment, and information against unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security threats. The role ensures compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific security policies, procedures, and protocols.
Manage and supervise security personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor and manage access control systems, surveillance equipment, and perimeter security.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Lead investigations into security breaches, incidents, and violations, and prepare detailed reports.
Provide security briefings and training to plant staff and contractors.
Manage the security budget and procurement of security-related equipment and services.
Support crisis management and emergency response planning and execution.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: BTech in Policing or Security Management and be registered by PSIRA
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Security Supervisor / Security Lead / Security Manager
Strong knowledge of security systems (CCTV, etc), access control (Lenel), surveillance technologies and security investigations
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
Proven capability in senior stakeholder management
