Job Summary:
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Site HRBP(C&B) located in Shenzhen.
What a typical day looks like:
健全优化薪酬福利制度流程，规范薪酬核算规程；
人工成本数据管理，编制、管控人力成本预算执行；
薪酬激励专项工作（如激励方案、调薪、绩效考核）；
负责HR系统与数据管理；
关注市场薪酬动态，分析内外部市场薪酬状况，提高公司薪酬福利体系的竞争力；
协助HRBP，提供职能内的相关专业解决方案和建议、数据分析等；
协助公司人才招聘管理工作；
日常部门其他协同工作和上级安排的其他任务；
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
本科及以上学历，人力资源管理、经济学、工商管理等相关专业；
5年以上薪酬福利经验，能独立承担薪酬福利模块，有外企工作经验更优；
精通中国劳动法规、个税及社保政策，强数据保密意识；
掌握薪酬管理理论和常用工具，熟练使用办公软件(Excel, Word, PPT等)；
具备较强的人际沟通、协调、表达能力，良好的职业操守，细致、耐心、谨慎；
良好的英语读写和沟通能力；
