Responsibilities
- Conduct multiple ongoing clinical trials according to FDA/GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.
- Provide medical care to patients, prioritizing patient safety.
- Schedule subject visits within protocol windows to increase scheduling capacity.
- Perform all defined study activities, including informed consent, screening, and protocol procedures such as vital signs, pregnancy tests, height, weight, and ECGs.
- Record patient information and test results as per protocol on required forms.
- Complete IP accountability logs and associated information where required.
- Report suspected non-compliance to relevant site staff.
- Ensure IRB approval is acquired prior to study initiation and maintain IRB requirements throughout the study.
- Promote the company and build positive relationships with patients to ensure retention.
- Attend site initiation meetings and other relevant meetings to receive protocol training.
- Call patients, book appointments, and follow-up to confirm bookings or provide information/results.
- Log and complete information on sponsor systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Gather and maintain source documents, updating patient files and notes with the most current information.
- Adhere to company COP/SCOP.
- Dispose of waste according to standards and assist in maintaining a neat facility.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Solid understanding of the clinical research process, including GCP, SOPs, informed consent, and safety monitoring.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail, analyze complex information, and solve problems.
- Demonstrated discretion and good judgment.
- Strong decision-making, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in English.
- Good organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Strong interpersonal skills for teamwork.
Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $27.00–$33.00.
