Job Details:
SUMMARY:
Responsibilities include taking physical inventory of finished goods in Material Handling system. Make all manual moves and computer files changes to correct product inventory. Do product transfers and make location changes via computer terminal. Record and file all inventory corrections and transfers in material handling office files. Monitor aged inventory follow quality control aged inventory protocols and work with corporate for scheduling inventory. Must have full and complete understanding of WMS inventory system. Position will coordinate orders both boxes and combos and communicate with team on what needs completed. Spotting and pulling trailers timely and make sure the orders are billed accurately and timely.
Floating Position - primarily 6PM - 2AM (floating to other shifts to cover absences).
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to sit for extended time, walk up and down stairs safely and be able to file paperwork neatly in boxes(up to 30 lbs) to be sent to record retention.
Experience: 2 plus years’ experience in material handling preferred.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills.
Special Skills: Ability to use a ten-key adding machine preferred.
